1. Edges are straightened when the deformation is a maximum of 10mm outwards and 20mm inwards.
2. The deformation of the flap valve requires repair so that it can be safely operated (opened and closed).
3. If the Stillage does not stand evenly on four feet, it is dangerous for the operators and the load being transported, so it is necessary to restore the geometry of the structure or eventually replace the metal feet.
4. We fix the mesh in the walls so that the wire ends do not protrude beyond the basket in any way.
5. If the boards in the stillage floor has cracks, mechanical damage, shape defects, then replace it with a new one. It is allowed to leave only a small crack along the edge of the board.
6. EPAL markings are necessary if baskets are to continue to be licensed. If the markings are illegible, the stillage may not be genuine.
