Safety first

All our teams ensure the continuity of services (commercial, production, transportation) to support and guarantee the safety and health of our employees, whether it is teleworking, by rotating the equipment or adjusting work, both cleaning and security measures are reinforced within our facilities. Pallet manufacturing stations are reduced to one to continue production and ensure the safety of our employees.

We have also adapted transportation to production and opening hours. Goods are loaded and unloaded daily from 7:00 a.m. until 15:00 p.m. Hygiene provisions are established, in particular for the reception of drivers and the signing of receipts: access to the company and contact with our employees is limited and hand sanitiser gel is available to everyone. During the preparation of orders we introduced the use of obligatory gloves and the respect of the distances between the operators.

In individual positions, where remote work is not possible, we work interchangeably. The vast majority of departments: commercial, administrative, accounting, purchasing department, works remotely.

We assure our deliveries

Our transportation service works as usual, we load and unload goods from 7:00 a.m. at 15:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Deliveries are scheduled in advance and we have no complications at this time. However, the deadlines may be slightly extended. We also ask that you notify us in advance if your business is closed due to the health crisis so as not to make unnecessary transportation deliveries.

Regarding our vendors, they are now telecommuting, but they continue to respond and support normal processes. They are available from 8 a.m. at 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
