Robust CP3 plastic pallet 1140x1140x150mm - HDPE

This grey CP3 chemical pallet with dimensions of 1140x1140x150mm is very robust with a weight of 12kg and therefore suitable for heavy work. Therefore, this pallet can also carry 1400kg statically. In addition, the pallet is equipped with a raised edge that reduces the chance that cargo can slide off. Plastic pallets are very suitable for use on conveyor belts due to their precise dimensions and relatively small margin of error. Due to its robustness, this pallet is suitable for various sectors: food, pharmacy and industrial use are no problem.

Plastic type of pallet

The HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) plastic that makes up this pallet is, in contrast to pallets made of PO (Polyolefins) plastic, suitable for humid or even wet environments. This can of course be both indoor and outdoor use. This pallet has an open deck, which means that it can be easily cleaned through and through and dries relatively quickly. Ideal for, for example, the meat and fish processing industries or other environments where clean or hygienic working conditions are important. The temperature range of this type of plastic is -40 °C to +70 °C.

CP3 pallet / plastic chemical pallet application

Chemical pallets, including the new CP3 pallet, are made for use with drums of liquids, bagged goods and octabins. Chemical pallets are sturdy pallets that are intended for frequent use. The new variants are suitable for export outside the EU because they are standard equipped with an ISPM15 treatment that meets phytosanitary requirements of the ISPM-15 directive. Due to the standardization of dimensions, CP pallets such as the new CP3 pallet are attractively priced and suitable for pooling. In addition to the chemical industry, chemical pallets are also widely used in the plastic and plastics industry. In our range you will find a total of 9 different versions, CP1 to CP9. The versions are different regarding the dimensions and/or constructions of these plastic pallets. We offer both new and used pallets.
