Nestable 2-sided roll container made of electrolytically galvanized metal base and side fences. The base is equipped with a black plastic bottom, which can be lifted and with that the base is also immediately pulled together. In this way, the roll container can be nested up to 1/5th of its original basic dimensions.

The 2 side fences are mesh grids of 145x238mm and are supplied with 2 textile straps on them. The external dimensions of this Flexo are 80x680x1695mm, and the inner dimensions are 800x630x1460mm. The load capacity that this roll container can handle is 500kg.

With this roll container, every supply chain can provide itself with an innovative solution in which 1 person can move 5 empty roll containers simultaneously without any help. Due to the collapsible bottom, this roll container has a nesting ratio of 5 in 1. The 4 wheels under the base are made of PA (Polyamide) with a diameter of 125mm. This concerns 2 swivel castors and 2 fixed castors, making the roll container easy to control and very user-friendly.

The nestable construction allows you to save space during return transport or when the item is in storage and not in use. As indicated earlier, the Flexo roll container is a foldable model that can be reduced to 1/5th of the original basic dimensions and still stand upright. During empty transport, 5 Flexo roll containers can be folded into one, so that 300 nested fit in a standard trailer. Loaded there can be 60 pieces in a standard trailer. The weight of this roll container is approximately 26kg.
