Rotom has updated its product and service portfolio to better align with customer requirements, with a stronger focus on efficient, flexible, and sustainable load carrier solutions. The refined offering supports circular, resilient, and cost-effective supply chain operations.
A refined scope of products and services has been introduced by Rotom to better align with the evolving needs of today’s supply chains. The updated portfolio reflects a clear focus on smarter, more efficient, and sustainable load carrier solutions.
The product range is structured across three main material categories. Wooden solutions include new and used pallets, pallet collars, and wooden boxes, providing a versatile and cost-efficient option for standard logistics flows and reusable transport applications. Plastic solutions cover plastic pallets, pallet collars, plastic boxes, and pallet boxes, designed for durability and a wide range of use cases across different supply chain environments. Metal solutions include roll cages and storage systems, supporting efficient handling, transport, and flexible storage capacity in warehouse and distribution operations.

The service portfolio has been further developed with a stronger emphasis on circular logistics services. Rotom’s Buy Back program and Pallet Recovery service enable customers to return, repair, and reuse pallets within a closed-loop system, helping to reduce waste and optimise overall costs. In addition, flexible rental solutions provide access to load carriers without upfront investment, including full-service support covering delivery, collection, and maintenance.
Paul Rombeek, CEO of Rotom Group, welcomes the updated portfolio of products and services:
“The simplification of Rotom’s business model enables us to focus on our four core pillars: (1) new and used pallet production and trade, (2) pallet recovery, (3) rental, and (4) services. This allows us to deliver greater consistency and value to our customers across all European markets.”
With the refined approach, Rotom continues to focus on quality, reliability, and circularity, supporting customers optimising logistics operations while meeting increasingly high sustainability requirements across supply chains.
